1. How do I book a session?
You can book by sending us a message through the contact form on our website or via DM on Instagram or Facebook. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability and details.
2. Where are you based? Do you travel?
I am based in Melbourne and only doing outdoor sessions within CBD and inner suburbs at the moment as we work on having a studio. For locations beyond, a small travel fee may apply. Just ask and we’ll sort it out!
3. What types of photography do you offer?
We offer family photography, maternity photoshoot, pre-wedding photography, solo portraits, celebration or milestone sessions (birthday photoshoot, anniversaries), and even fur baby photos! If you have a unique idea in mind, I’m all ears!
4. How long does a typical session last?
Mini photo sessions usually run for 30 minutes, while full sessions can take 1 to 2 hours depending on the type of shoot.
5. What should we wear for the photoshoot?
Neutral and coordinated tones work great! But most importantly, wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident. If you need help choosing outfits, I’d be happy to guide you.
6. Do you provide edited photos?
Yes! All delivered images are carefully edited to reflect my style. Bright, warm, and natural. I do provide raw files for an additional fee.
7. Do you provide props or backdrops?
No, but I’m more than happy to guide you with ideas and recommendations! Just share your theme or inspiration, and I can suggest props, styling tips, or simple items you can bring to match the vibe you’re going for.
8. When will we receive the photos?
You’ll receive your images via a downloadable gallery link. Turnaround time depends on the type of session and the number of photos included in your package.
For sessions with up to 10 enhanced photos, your gallery will be ready within 3–5 days.
For sessions with 20 or more photos, it will take 7–10 days.
If you have any specific deadlines, feel free to let me know and I’ll always do my best to accommodate!
9. What happens if it rains on our shoot day?
We’ll keep an eye on the weather and will reschedule if needed. No stress at all!
10. What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance to cancel, and your booking fee will be fully refunded. You may also opt to reschedule.
If it’s less than 48 hours, the booking fee is non-refundable, since that time was reserved just for you.
